Four years ago today, a historic Arizona ruling was made in favor of same-sex marriage. For years, same-sex marriage was banned in Arizona and other parts of the United States, but with the help of Aiken Schenk and many determined community members, the discriminatory ban on same-sex marriage was lifted in 2014.

For most, the first deposition anyone experiences in their life is a very stressful experience. They are similarly paranoid about saying the “wrong” thing. A little understanding goes a long way, so that your first deposition need not be any more stressful than, say, your first colonoscopy.
